Product of the Year (2024)
Our Super Premium Plus Cold Brew Coffee won Product Of The Year in the ice cream category, from a survey of 4,000 people by Kantar.
ChickAdvisor Reviewers’ Choice Awards (2023)
Every year ChickAdvisor announces the best-of in each product category based on ratings and reviews collected over the past 12 months by real Canadian consumers. In 2023, our Super Premium Plus Cookie Jar ice cream was voted #1.
Best Chocolate Ice Cream (2022)
In 2022, the International Ice Cream Consortium (IICC) awarded Chapman’s with the Best Chocolate Ice Cream for our Premium The Only Chocolate ice cream.
ChickAdvisor Reviewers’ Choice Awards (2022)
In 2022, two of our products were voted #1 in two separate categories:
- Canadian Peaches & Cream Frozen Yogurt was voted #1 in Frozen Yogurt
- Maple Crunch Ice Cream was voted #1 in Ice Cream

Every year ChickAdvisor announces the best-of in each product category based on ratings and reviews collected over the past 12 months by real Canadian consumers. In 2021, two of our products were voted #1 in two separate categories:
- Twister Super Cone Ice Cream with Chocolatey Centre
- Premium Pistachio and Almonds Ice Cream
Family Enterprise of the Year (2017)
In 2017, Chapman’s received the Family Enterprise of the Year award from The Family Enterprise Xchange, an independent association of Canada’s business families and family enterprise professional advisors.
Ice Cream of the Year (2016)
In 2016, the International Ice Cream Consortium (IICC) awarded Chapman’s awards in 3 out of 5 categories – including Best Ice Cream (for our Premium Caramel Saucy Spots), Most Innovative Ice Cream, and Ice Cream Maker of the Year. In addition, we were recognized by a panel of our peers for our operational and market achievements.
Most Innovative Ice Cream (2015)
In 2015, the IICC awarded Chapman’s the Most Innovative Ice Cream award for our Premium Canadian Collection Oatmeal Stickwich Cookie. Stickwich is a one-of-a-kind Chapman’s creation – ice cream half-dipped in chocolate with a single cookie on a stick.
Product of the Year (2014)
Product of the Year is the world’s largest consumer-voted award for product innovation. Chapman’s received this award in 2014, thanks to the votes of thousands of Canadians.
Trusted Brand, Reader’s Digest (2010)
Reader’s Digest holds an annual Trusted Brand™ Study, where more than 4,000 Canadians vote on their most trusted brands across 32 product categories. Chapman’s was recognized as one of Canada’s most trusted brands in 2010.
