Strawberry Shortcake Parfait

  • 4 scoops Chapman's Strawberry Shortcake Ice Cream
  • 8 fresh strawberries
  • 1 can whipped cream
  • ½ gluten free yellow pound cake
  • 1 package strawberry jello

Preparation Instructions

Make strawberry jello as per package instructions. Set aside 1/3 cup of the jello.
place cups on an angle and pour in the jello.
Slice strawberries and place into the jello. Let the jello set.
In a bowl, mix the remaining 1/3 cup of jello and 1/3 cup of whipping cream together.
Cut the pound cake into small cubes and mix into the jello/ whipping cream mixture. Pour the mixture on top of the set jello.
Garnish with Chapman's Strawberry Shortcake Ice Cream. Enjoy!
