Strawberry Shortcake Parfait

  • 4 scoops Chapman's Strawberry Shortcake Ice Cream
  • 8 fresh strawberries
  • 1 can whipped cream
  • ½ gluten free yellow pound cake
  • 1 package strawberry Jello

Preparation Instructions

Make strawberry jello as per package instructions. Set aside 1/3 cup of the Jello.
Place cups on an angle and pour in the Jello.
Slice strawberries and place into the Jello. Let the Jello set.
In a bowl, mix the remaining 1/3 cup of Jello and 1/3 cup of whipping cream together.
Cut the pound cake into small cubes and mix into the Jello/whipping cream mixture. Pour the mixture on top of the set Jello.
Garnish with Chapman's Premium Strawberry Shortcake Ice Cream. Enjoy!
