Salty Caramel Crepes

Sweet or salty? Why choose when you can have both! These crepes are bursting with vibrant berry flavours and oozing with salty caramel goodness. One bite and you will be in love! You can find the ingredients needed here.

  • Chapman's Salty Caramel & Vanilla Bean Frozen Yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup of blueberries
  • 1/2 cup of raspberries
  • 1/2 cup of blackberries
  • powdered sugar

Preparation Instructions

In a bowl mix together flour, salt and sugar. Once combined, mix in vanilla, eggs, milk and melted butter. Mix well.
Heat up a pan with a bit of butter. Once the butter is bubbling, pour in a 1/3 cup of batter and swirl around the pan to create a thin layer.
Once the crepe starts to bubble up, flip the crepe. You should only need to flip the crepe once. Once ready, stack the crepes on a plate.
In a bowl, mix together all the berries.
To assemble, scoop berries into the center of the crepe making vertical line. Fold the right side of the crepe on top of the berries and repeat with the left side. Top with powdered sugar and Chapman's Vanilla Bean with Salty Caramel Frozen Yogurt. To add a extra twist, add chocolate sauce and whipped cream!
