Peppermint Twist Hot Chocolate

‘Tis the season for curling up in front of a fire with a mug of hot chocolate. Put a twist on the classics with this Peppermint Twist Hot Chocolate recipe that is sure to get you in the holiday spirit!

  • Chapman's Holiday Moments Peppermint Twist Ice Cream
  • 5 oz of finely chopped dark chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 cups of milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon of peppermint extract
  • Chocolate sauce

Preparation Instructions

In a medium saucepan, pour in the milk and bring it to a low boil.
Add in your cocoa powder, salt, and dark chocolate. Stir.
When chocolate is melted and smooth, reduce the temperature to medium and add in the peppermint extract. Stir well.
Pour the hot chocolate into a glass and serve with a scoop of Chapman's Holiday Moments Peppermint Twist ice cream and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
