Heavenly Donuts

These donuts are out of this world – which is why we named them Heavenly Donuts (they’re made with our Premium Heavenly Hash ice cream, after all). Fluffy, homemade donuts and rich, creamy ice cream – could there be a better pairing? We think not.

  • Chapman’s Heavenly Hash Ice Cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1.2 tsp baking soda
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder
  • 2 1/3 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ½ cup butter, softened

Preparation Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F and grease a donut pan with butter or canola oil, set aside.
In a mixing bowl sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
In a separate mixing bowl combine butter, sugar and vanilla and beat until fluffy. Add in eggs and beat together.
Pour half of the flour mixture into the sugar and egg mixture along with half of the milk, stir until combined with a wooden spoon, add in the remaining flour and milk and mix until combined.
Using a piping bag with a large tip, pipe donut mixture into the prepared donut pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes, remove from oven and turn onto a cooling rack and repeat with remaining batter. * If you don’t have a piping bag just use a small spoon to put the batter into the donut pan.
Decorate donuts with icing and sprinkles as desired and top with Chapman’s Heavenly Hash Premium Ice Cream.
