Chapman’s Releases Super Premium Plus

Markdale, ON – A staple in most Canadian households for decades, Chapman’s Ice Cream is set to start a new chapter with an unexpected new product launch. Canada’s largest independent ice cream manufacturer is entering the luxury ice cream market with a unique product offering called Super Premium Plus.

Aside from the highest quality ingredients, unmatched creaminess, and richness of this product line, it is also peanut free, nut free and egg free. With the elimination of these major allergens from the new product line, Chapman’s claims to be launching the first allergy friendly luxury ice cream in the world. This product line will be made with 100% Canadian dairy and will be sold in 500ml tubs.

“The flavour profiles of our new Super Premium Plus are unlike anything else on the market,” said Ashley Chapman, COO of Chapman’s. “We took some of the traditional flavours and reinvented them to impress your taste buds and then we added unexpected twists to them.”

Super Premium Plus flavours combine a mix of classic notes and new favourites, including Vanilla Trilogy, Chocolate Lover, Cold Brew Coffee, Cherry Chocolate Truffle, The Only Strawberry, Salty Caramel Crunch, Cookie Jar and Chocolate & Brownies. Every flavour of the Chapman’s Super Premium Plus collection deserves its own story, such as Vanilla Trilogy that gets its name from a unique blend of vanilla beans from Madagascar, Tahiti, and Papua New Guinea. All ingredients are responsibly sourced. This blend creates an elevated vanilla experience that is sure to impress hard-core vanilla ice cream lovers.

Cookie Jar is a brown butter flavoured ice cream loaded with an oatmeal cookie crumble, chocolate cookie chunks and cookie dough pieces. Salty Caramel Crunch blends salty caramel ice cream with a ripple of salty caramel sauce, butter toffee pieces and a caramel cookie crunch. Chocolate & Brownies is an exceptional combination of flavours made to appeal to anyone who loves chocolate.  With both white and chocolate brownie pieces and swirled with a brownie batter ripple, this ice cream takes chocolate indulgence to a whole new level!

Made with cold brew coffee from Birch Bark Coffee Co., an Indigenous-owned business, this is the first co-branded product ever launched by Chapman’s. Beyond Chapman’s supporting a local Indigenous business, this collaboration brings much more to the table. This collaboration will see a portion of the proceeds donated to clean drinking water initiatives for Indigenous homes across Canada. Mark Marsolais-Nahwegahbow, the founder of Birch Bark Co., an Ojibwe Band Member of Whitefish River First Nation, is a long-standing advocate of improving water quality within indigenous communities. “We want to bring many smiles on people’s faces and do some good while at it.” said Mark, adding: “Our business philosophies align, as both companies place great value in giving back to local communities. Both companies have a lot of pride in our products and everything that we do. The new Cold Brew Coffee Super Premium Plus takes it to a completely different level.”

The appeal of Super Premium Plus extends to its elegant packaging, tastefully designed by a Ukraine-based design company, 360Branding. The project was managed by the founder of the company, Elena Fedorenko, who recently had to relocate into Canada due to the war in Ukraine. Based out of Toronto, with the majority of creative work done by graphic designers in Ukraine, 360Branding is truly an innovative company in its own right. Elena said, “Working with Chapman’s is a very emotional story for us. We are immensely thankful for the company, having been there for us in moments of great despair and uncertainty.”

As a part of Chapman’s commitment to a greener future, their Super Premium Plus packaging is made from sustainably sourced paper and is fully recyclable.
