Ingredients

  • 1 cup peach juice
  • 1 cup Chapman’s Canadian Peaches & Cream Frozen Yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 4 frozen peach slices
  • 1 cup sparkling water (plain or peach flavoured)
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)

Preparation Instructions

Add peach juice, frozen yogurt, and peaches to a blender.

Blend until smooth.

Place one frozen peach slice in each of the four champagne flutes or other glasses. Divide blended mocktail between four glasses.

Add ¼ cup sparkling water to each glass and stir.

Garnish with one peach slice and fresh mint, if desired.
