Ingredients

  • Chapman's No Sugar Added Black Cherry Ice Cream
  • Pinch of salt
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 ¼ cups low-sugar chocolate cookies, crushed into crumbs
  • Low-sugar dark chocolate curls and chocolate sauce, for garnish as desired

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a bowl, combine the cookie crumbs, butter, and salt. Stir until the crumbs are well moistened.

Pat the mixture firmly and evenly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan.

Bake until crust is firm, about 5 min. For a firmer, crust, bake for 5 min more. Remove from oven and let cool.

Let ice cream soften at room temperature for about 10 minutes, then smooth the ice cream into the cooled crust.

Place in freezer until firm.

Serve with your choice of garnish. We like low-sugar dark chocolate curls and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
