If you are used to a large grocery store or prefer local farmers markets, there is a wide range of shopping opportunities. Markdale is home to a few restaurants and dinners for every taste. Continuous Growth
Our community is growing and developing rapidly. Plans are already underway to build a new hospital as well as a new elementary school building in Markdale. A large Foodland grocery store is scheduled to open downtown in February of 2020. What is more, there are a few new residential developments are currently under construction.
