  • 12 scoops Chapman’s Premium French Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 6 firm plums, halved and pitted
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 lemon, juice & zest
  • ⅔ cup sugar
  • 1 cup water

Preparation Instructions

Combine water, sugar, lemon zest & juice and cinnamon sticks in a pot and bring to a boil, stir and ensure sugar is dissolved.
Add in plums, cover and simmer on low heat stirring occasionally until fragrant and plums are softened, but still intact. About 15-20 minutes.
Enjoy with scoops of Chapman's French Vanilla ice cream.
