Bilingual Marketing and Social Media Coordinator will be working in an exciting and creative work environment with a dynamic team of marketing professionals. The person in this position is responsible for the implementation and day-to-day execution of ongoing marketing initiatives. These include social media communications, phone communications, invoice processing, budget tracking, new content development, contest and event management, website updates, inventory tracking, and more. The bilingual Marketing and Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for addressing telephone and email inquiries from Francophone consumers.

Summary of Essential Job Functions
• Manage social media daily communications in English and French
• Assist in developing marketing content (i.e. blogs, media releases, etc.)
• Offer monthly and annual performance reports
• Track inventory
• Organize and track online contests, giveaways and other events
• Add new content to the website
• Address telephone and email inquiries from Francophone consumers

• Required – Bilingual – must be fluent in oral and written French
• Required – Strong English language, literacy and grammar. Strong writing/editing ability
• Required – Excellent knowledge of Windows-based programs: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Required – Working knowledge of social media management
• Additional Asset – Previous hands-on experience with WordPress
• Additional Asset – Knowledge of MailChimp
• Additional Asset – Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
