Ice Cream Dessert

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Litre Chapman's Original Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1-381mL can of Evaporated Milk
  • 10 oz. bag Mini Marshmallows
  • 12 oz. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • ½ cup Margarine
  • 4 oz. Coconut
  • 2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs

DIRECTIONS

Combine evaporated milk, marshmallows and chocolate chips and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook till chips and marshmallows are melted. Remove from heat and cool. Combine margarine and coconut over medium heat till coconut is lightly browned. Remove from heat and add graham crumbs. Press ¾ of crumb mixture into 9x13 pan. Cut ice cream into 1" slices and arrange over crumbs. Pour chocolate mixture over ice cream and top with remaining crumbs. Freeze till ready to serve.
